Jess and Joanne Thibault got their start in dogs through longtime family involvement in the Newfoundland breed. Their grandmother, Jane Thibault was the founder of Nashau-Auke Kennel on Route 44 in Ashford, CT. Over her fifty + years in the breed she has bred multiple Best in Show, National Specialty winning, ROMs , and numerous VNs along with her multiple Westminster Best of Breed winners. Both Jess and Joanne continue to handle group winning, multiple group placing, and specialty winners,most notably their Newfoundlands and Field Spaniels.
